Today's Info, UKM's Industry Liaison Office (Pejabat Hubungan Industri) or PHI and Pusat Transformasi Komuniti Universiti (KOMUNITI UKM) / University Community Transformation Centre or UCTC UKM share an office. We are located at level 3, Banggunan Tun Fatimah Hashim, UKM Bangi Campus.

PHI & UCTC are the two entities directly under the office of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Industry and Community Partnerships), UKM.

We often hear it in the news and many industrial and government organisations are now reviewing whether they are I.R 4.0 ready. IR 4.0 relates to the paradigm that machines are now able to autonomously adapt and coordinate their tasks to meet human needs. This is achieved through the Cyber Physical System (CPS), also called Industry 4.0, Advance Management Program, Internet of Things (IoT) or Industrial Internet. This new paradigm marks the industrial era called Industrial Revolution 4.0 coined by Klaus Schwab in 2016. How many of you know Cat Cora ? 🤭 Cora made history in 2005 when became the first-ever female Iron Chef on Food Network’s hit show Iron Chef America. She has shattered many glass ceilings in the historically male culinary industry. Cora recently launched her Women's Empowerment Culinary Internship Program.
