A mismatch between the talents produced in universities and industry's demand?

GOOD QUESTION.🤔Why do you think unemployment rate has been increasing? Does the root problem lie solely on the fresh graduates or there is actually one factor we have been overlooking? YES there is.

If we carefully compare the demand and structure of employment in the past and present, we can see there are differences and some on-going changes. These actually contribute to the mismatch between the types of people sought after in industries and those being produced by universities. Well, universities cannot resolve this problem alone, as they need industries to partner with them to find out the root and needs, so that universities can educate talents in ways that fit the needs of industries.
