The disabled can be given jobs that require less mobility. A job coach is needed if they cannot adapt to the new environment. When we put ourselves in their shoes, we long to be accepted and recognized as well. Things change when mindset changes.😊 There are still many ways to ensure the disabled people's future is ignited. 🌟What else can we do to help them get employed?
